We are on the hunt for our Administration Assistant… the search continues, we know you are out there!

We are small yet mighty. We are honest and love to hear honesty back. You’ll be based in our Malta office yet you will be joining a global team of amazing people based all over the world. It’s all about diversity and culture at Sidekick.

We consider you to be the glue that makes us stick. Why? Because you absolutely love to coordinate things, people and events. You’re looking for a home away from home that you will take care of. It’s pretty quiet here but a dream job for you is having the peace and quiet around you whilst you get on with your day. You really enjoy keeping things tidy and equally enjoy preparing invoices for our clients. It’s all one and the same – the coordination of our office, the taking care of our home. You absolutely love the fact that it’s you who makes our office the best place to come to.

Oh, and you know how to use Google when you don’t know something! And you also are super comfy working with google docs, dropbox and all the different cloud platforms that keep being added to the list!

We rely on you.. A lot! Because we need you to:

  • Order things for the office – like stationary, groceries and impromptu presents
  • Coordinate with suppliers to get things done – like office maintenance and cleaning duties
  • Help coordinate staff events and festivities – and probably order a few lunches because we love to eat!

You’ll help out with HR stuff too!

  • Checking email requests for leave and sick
  • Coordinating with our payroll department
  • Making sure all systems are updated
  • Reconciling leave balances
  • Assist in finding even cooler people to join our every growing team – around the world!

There will be the usual daily duties:

  • Managing petty cash
  • Maintaining a lovely office environment
  • Keeping our office clean
  • Spoiling the team with sweets and treats!

The main things for this role are…

Attention to detail and a lot of common sense. Did we mention that we ask that you know how to use google and you just get on with stuff? We’re here to help you – always – but you genuinely just love to get on with things, manage your own day and be the best support you can be to all of us here. We need to trust you, so again, common sense is really key for this role!
